'Tis the tale of the perfect two… I was introduced to Ashley and Brian by a mutual friend, Kelli, who was also a bridesmaid in the wedding. What began as a simple engagement session, turned into so much more than I expected. Brian and Ashley are such wonderful people, I kept finding myself in awe of them.
I'm so thankful Brian and Ashley chose me to capture one of the most important events in their lives. Ashley, thank you for letting me be me, you are the ideal bride and I truly admire you! Brian…oh Brian, I can only hope to be as smooth as you when I grow up! :-)
I remember sitting with Ashley at the wedding when she looked over at me and said, "I saw you crying". Who ME?! I was taken aback! A little embarrassed, I responded, "I mean.... there's a difference between actual tear drops, and simply tearing up!" Okay, so maybe there was a tear….but I promise it was only one! Besides, there wasn't a dry eye in the room. A few days later I realized that these weren't just any clients. I shot two beautiful people, who I now consider friends, come together, as one, in a beautiful and intimate ceremony.
I love what I do and I do it with love; through blood, sweat, and tears. Even through heartbreak, I still love LOVE, and this is why…
Maily shot this motion recap of the day! (above), while I was shooting these (below). Thanks Mai! Ashley will be featured on TLC’s “SAY YES TO THE DRESS!” I'll keep you updated! Cry your hearts out...

After the first look we decided to take our group portrait! I wanted to try something a little less traditional...
Is this not one of the BEST LOOKING wedding parties you've ever seen?
